KPI Dashboard Development (4 weeks)
Objective: Provide leadership with clear visibility of business performance through interactive dashboards.
Scope of Work:
- Requirements workshop with leadership to define key objectives and KPIs
- Design and build of up to three interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Data integration from up to four source systems
- Development of data model and calculated measures for consistent reporting
- User testing and refinement cycles
Deliverables:
- Three fully functional dashboards (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Finance & Operations, People & HR)
- KPI Framework Document outlining definitions and measurement methods
- User documentation and training session (2 hours) for nominated staff
- Three months of post-implementation support (bug fixes and minor enhancements)
